Well I didn’t lose anything, but that was to be expected since I didn’t exercise at all last week…just ate healthier….I have decreased my caloric intake a bit since what I was on was just _too_ much food. But I did start excersicing on Saturday….. so very happy right now :)
Well i had a bit of a freak out last night well not freak out but i realised i have to do something about my weight instead of ignoring it so i weighed myself, went through my cupboards and took out all the clothes i have that don’t fit me (2 garbage bags full) at 11pm at night this is *G* i made signs and put them around the house and had a cry :) This morning we got up at 6am and went for a walk which i’m going to start doing everyday, took us about 30-40mins, i’m really cutting back on the food and i’m going to eat some of those pre packaged dinners for a month or so. I do feel loads better having exercised and am really going to stick to this seeing all my nice clothes in the garbage bag that don’t fit me was so sad…i’m going to make them fit me again!!! I have some extra motivation at the moment as i have found a wedding dress i want and its cheaper if you can fit into a certain size or $60 something more if you can’t i want to save money so i have to fit into the smaller one :) This may sound weird but i’m getting Andrew and my dad to sponsor me *G* Andrew will put $20 in a bank for every kilo i loose and when i reach my first goal (which is a little ways off) i get the money to go and buy some clothes or something, if i put on a kilo he takes 20 out, Dad i’m just going to get him to give $10 per kilo and when i reach the goal weight he will give me the total…i really needed to do something because if i keep telling myself its ok for me to be larger i will never lose any!!!
3 is the magic number! Of pounds that I have lost this week, that is :) Happy Dance, Happy Dance :) :) :)
went out last night
Yesterday’s dinner was with Maddy at Ancona. It was crowded. I thought the pizza capricciosa tasted great. M chose the penne ai fruttidi mare, which was ok. Our waiter was always on top of what we needed and was easily accessible. The whole dinner was just great.
Eye Shadow
I have brown skin and even though most cosmetic companies have started making products for women of color who may still be difficult to find flattering eye shadows. Some eye shadows have pigment may end up looking too white and ash against dark skin tones. Others simply do not have enough pigment and is not showing anything at all. I have experienced two problems with the pharmacy and several department store brands of eye shadows. Having been disappointed many times I was drawn to try the eyeshadow Milani buy the brand because I was looking at many pharmacies like Walgreen’s and CVS Pharmacies. I noticed that ads in the stores of the models of all races and ethnicities, so I thought we were going to work for me. Milani eye shadow compacts were cheap and cost less than $ 4.00 each. I realized coming in a variety of attractive colors ranging from bright reds, blues, greens, purples, etc. when most other drugstore brands do not venture too far and opted for the soft colors and boring as beige, brown and dark gray. I bought a small compact of eye shadow in the color Milani Flare. It is a rust orange color with small flecks of gold that keeps you from looking flat and boring. When I used it I liked the fact that I did not have to apply layers and layers of it so that the color you see on my skin. It mixes easily and a layer is sufficient for two coats look really thin and allowed the color to pop. Once the color is mixed non-staining and color fading lasted about 8 or 9 hours. I have also used the Milani eyeshadow with a brush wet for more intensity and found that the use of a coating really makes the colors more subdued. When I applied the wet coat reminded me of using water color painting, because, basically, it looks pretty smooth. After you apply another wet coat color became more intense, but I think the Milani shadows are actually more vibrant when applied with a dry brush. Since my first purchase eye shadow Milani I bought three covenants of their eye shadows. I bought Java Bean, Blue Ice, and Classic Beige. Java Bean is a dark gray, brown with golden flecks that actually increases brown eyes and provides a sophisticated look. Ice Blue is the color of lapis lazuli (no I’m not afraid to use blue eye shadow) and is perfect for making pop eyes and a playful look. Classic Beige is my least favorite. I bought it because I wanted to use it as a bookmark. I wanted a pale golden color, and is light yellow in the container. But I would not have bought it because I realized that there appeared to be white pigment in it. My observation is correct, because when applied it to my skin was definitely beige and gold instead of ashes, and only looked horrible against my skin. In addition to the Beige Classic I love all my other purchases Milani eye shadow and will continue to buy new colors in the future. I would recommend to all women who want fun, natural, saturated colors and eye shadow to experiment with lower prices (which are better than many department store brands). 5 of 5 stars.

My Dream
Last night I dreamt simply by writing this post I force you to attack other countries. Does the responsibility lie with “Art”, you may ask? So… Sometime around last year I was totally, utterly depressed. Not a minute too late, I may add And here’s the gist; Yeah, but it wasn’t at all your typical mood swing or anything. I saw an image of the X-Files. Which would be nothing special but…
The Movies - Wallace And Gromit
I went to see The Curse of the Were-Rabbit starring Wallace & Gromit. I expected a stellar movie because many people aretalking about this movie, and I found it simply a terrific movie. The plot involved the following: Wallace and his loyal dog, Gromit, set out to discover the mystery behind the garden sabotage that plagues their village and threatens the annual giant vegetable growing contest.
This is quite interesting. So, what are your thoughts about this?
Here’s a great video tutorial on how to use makeup tricks to make your eyelashes longer.
I <3 lazy Sundays
Spent the afternoon doing some online shopping.
We had potato pancakes for breakfast that were incredible —the Jewish cuisine obtainable around where my parents live is marvelous. Mama sent me away with more bagels for late lunch and also a cucumber pudding from the Italian takeout restaurant that she remembers is a great love of mine.
Looking around online for lilash reviews and eyelash growth product pictures. Nothing promising so far.
